1) open 'command prompt'
2) enter 'nslookup' (you can think of it as "(D)NS lookup"
3) First, it shows the DNS server that you communicate with
4) Then it shows the IP addresses of the DNS servers
5) Go to "whatismyipaddress.com/ip-lookup" -> enter the IP address in the search box -> check the geologcation
Through such method, you can find the whereabouts of the DNS server

Another method is to enter the IP addresses at Google -> click any link that offers to provide the information regarding the IP address
